1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Services
Mantas Auk LLC provides digital marketing services including SEO, AI search optimization, paid media management, content marketing, and conversion optimization. Services and deliverables are defined in individual proposals or service agreements with each client.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to: provide accurate information, grant necessary access to accounts, respond to communications in a timely manner, and pay invoices on agreed terms. Lack of cooperation may delay or prevent results.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are due as stated in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net 14 unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur fees and may result in pause or termination of services. All fees are in USD.
5. Results & Guarantees
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. What we do guarantee: professional execution, transparent communication, and strategy aligned with best practices.
6. Intellectual Property
Work products delivered to clients (content, designs, strategies, reports) become client property upon full payment. Mantas Auk retains the right to use generalized case studies and anonymized data for marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of work. NDAs are available on request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantas Auk LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Project-based work follows the specific terms of the project agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
